Cancellation may occur due to extremes in weather conditions, in these situations we will refund or change dates to suit customers request.

Cairns Dive Centre:

Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

Cruise Whitsundays:

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are charged 100% of the tour cost. Cancellation 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Transfer to another Cruise Whitsundays cruise - no fee.

Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:

100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.

Sailaway:

Full refund only applies with 24 hours notice of date adjustment or cancellation.

Australian Day Tours:

DAY TOURS · Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. · If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies. . Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders. ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS · A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. · Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. · 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Bums On Seats Tours:

Bookings cancelled within 5 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee - no refund. Transfer to a new travel date may be available at the discretion of the tour operator.

Fitzroy Island Adventures:

No refund inside 24 hours

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Brisbane Whale Watching:

Terms and Conditions: All cruises are subject to tide, weather conditions and minimum number of passengers and may be changed without notice due to conditions of the day. We reserve the right substitute vessels and or skippers and crew and shall not be liable for death/injury to any persons or loss or damage to property due to person’s negligence. Should a cruise be cancelled due to tide and or weather conditions, a seat on the next available cruise will be offered or a full refund will be given. However should a guest cancel, the following cancellation fees apply: 24hours in advance - no fee; Less than 24 hours or failure to board - no refund given.

Qtour Australia:

Any tour cancelled within 24 hours of departure or failure to show at the pickup point will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Drop Bear Adventures:

Thank you for booking your Fraser Island holiday with Drop Bear Adventures. Please call us on 1800 061 156 or text 0487 333 606 to confirm your booking 24hours prior to your tour departure date. Pickup time in Noosa is 7am and if you are departing from Hervey Bay you need to meet at Hervey Bay Flashpackers at 8am unless you are staying at Colonial Village or Woolshed. Passengers are only permitted to bring a small weekend bag and all large backpacks must remain in storage either at our office in Noosa or with your accommodation provider unless authorised. All main meals are provided and we ask that you bring your own snacks and alcohol (cool boxes are provided). Please see our website www.dropbearadventures.com.au for further details on what to bring and tour itinerary’s. Please note that tour components not utilised are non-refundable and price is subject to change without notice. Bookings cancelled with less than 72 hours notice prior to tour departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Ocean Rafting:

Cancellations are accepted up until 7.00pm the night prior to the tour.

Getaways SA:

Tour dates can be changed with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to Tour start will receive a Refund, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.
