For cancellations within 24hrs of travel may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the cost of the booking.
On rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day of travel or a refund will be authorised. A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any cancellation fee.
The minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving.
Down Under Cruise & Dive:
All monies forfeited unless we are notified 48 hours prior to departure. For passengers voluntarily leaving the vessel or withdrawing from a course after day one, there will be no refund.
Cancellation of a dive course is fully refundable up until the end of day 1 only. Excluding deposit if paid.
All Tours are subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. All dives are weather permitting and operate at the Captains discretion. No refund for incomplete dives. Should a cruise not operate for any such reason passengers will be offered an alternative day or refund for days lost only.
The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier if the minimum numbers in a group is not sufficient.
A reef tax applies to all persons traveling to the Great Barrier Reef. This will be $20 and payable onboard.
Please be aware that snorkelling and diving may be a strenuous activity. All divers must complete a medical questionnaire on board. Some existing medical conditions and / or the taking of certain medication may exclude the individual from in-water activities. Please discuss existing medical conditions with staff prior to travel. Divers 65 yrs and over must provide a current AS4005-1 dive medical prior to travel.
Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba cert card. In the interest of safety we recommend that you do not fly within 24hrs of last dive.
Please consider wind strength or roughness of sea before booking. All trips/dives are weather permitting at captains /divers discretion. No refund for incompleted dives. No refund for passengers voluntarily leaving any vessel early. All monies forfeited if cancelling less than 48hrs prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.
Blazing Saddles Adventures:
Cancellations 24-48 hours prior to date of travel - 50% refund.
We regret to advise that there are no refunds for cancellations less than 24hours prior to date of travel.
Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises:
No cancellation fees are applied by the Tour Operator.
Rainforestation Nature Park:
For same day cancellations and no shows, our cancellation fee is as follows. Attractions – 50%. Meals – 100%
Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:
100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.
Sailaway:
Full refund only applies with 24 hours notice of date adjustment or cancellation.
Nautilus Aviation:
48hrs cancellation notice required for full refund.
Cairns Discovery Tours:
Cairns Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter or change any tour itinerary, but do so only in extreme circumstances due to adverse weather, unsuitable road conditions or operations needs and would do so with full consideratation of your interests.
Cancellation within 24 hours 100% non refundable.
Jungle Tours:
Day Tour Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Tour of 2 or more days, cancelled within 72hrs of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cairns Adventure Group:
50% Refund within 48 hours no refund if within 24 hours of departure

GBR Helicopters:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to flight to receive 100% refund. (Note: Bookings travelling from 5-17 February 2016 will require 7 days notice for cancellations, not 24hrs)
Minimum 2 passengers to confirm bookings.
Jump Tours:
Jump Tours charges fees for cancellation by the customer depending on the time left before departure:
30 Days - 14 Days before departure: 25% of tour price
13 Days - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price
Less than 48hrs before departure: 100% of tour price

Bookings dates are fully flexible, customers are welcome to contact us directly to change their tour date at any time, subject to availability. If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees may apply. For cancellations within 48hrs of departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For Cancellations within 24hrs of Departure, no refund is available.
Ocean Safari:
Cancellations are accepted up until 5.00pm the night prior to the tour.
iWander Tasmania:
Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund
