For cancellations within 24hrs of travel may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the cost of the booking.
On rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day of travel or a refund will be authorised. A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any cancellation fee.
The minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving.
Blazing Saddles Adventures:
Cancellations 24-48 hours prior to date of travel - 50% refund.
We regret to advise that there are no refunds for cancellations less than 24hours prior to date of travel.
Swan Valley Tours:
Swan Valley Tours reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger numbers. Swan Valley Tours shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, damage, loss or delay that may be caused to the passenger and/or their belongings whilst on tour. Full payment or credit card details are required to confirm a booking. Cancellation fee is 100% within 24 hours.
PENGUIN ISLAND TOUR:
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 72 HOURS TO DEPARTURE WILL INCUR A 50 PERCENT LOSS OF TICKET PRICE. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HRS OF TOUR DEPARTURE OR FAILURE TO TAKE UP THE TOUR WILL RESULT IN A 100 PERCENT LOSS OF THE TICKET PRICE.
Nautilus Aviation:
48hrs cancellation notice required for full refund.
Out & About Wine Tours- Swan Valley & Margaret River Specialist:
100% cancellation fee may apply if cancelled with 72 hours prior to departure.
Groovy Grape Getaways:
Cancellation policy: GGT charges 25% 30 - 8 days, 50% 7 days to 24 hours and 100% within 24 hours prior departure.
Amendements: Inside 3 days passengers wanting to change tour dates will be charges a booking amendment fee of $44.00
Magnetic Island Sea Kayaks:
1. The travel date of the tour may only be altered with more than 48 hours notice to Magnetic Island Sea Kayaks (MISK), prior to the originally booked tour.
2. For tours cancelled more than forty eight hours prior to the originally booked departure date then monies will be refunded, less 25% to cover agents and MISK costs incurred in the original booking.
3. No refund will be given, or departure date altered, for tours cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the originally booked departure date, or for persons who do not show for departure.
4. For tours cancelled by MISK customers will be transferred to another tour. All monies will be refunded for customers who are unable to transfer.
Go Ride a Wave:
Cancellation (within) between 48 hours – 7 days prior to lessons will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation (within) less than 48 hours prior to program will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
A full refund will be given if lessons are cancelled due to weather/ surf conditions.
Brisbane Cruises:
72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded.
Four and six weeks is required for special events.
Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:
All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.
Rottnest Express:
Zero to 24 hours (including no shows) before travel = 100% cancellation fee
24 hours to 1 week before travel = 25% cancellation fee
More than 1 week before travel = 0% cancellation fee applied by the tour operator.
Melbourne River Cruises:
Sightseeing River Cruises cancelled 72 hours or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.
Cruising Restaurant bookings cancelled with 7 days or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.

All cruises are subject to tide, weather conditions and minimum number of passengers and may be changed without notice due to conditions of the day. We reserve the right substitute vessels and or skippers and crew and shall not be liable for death/injury to any persons or loss or damage to property due to person’s negligence. Should a cruise be cancelled due to tide and or weather conditions, a seat on the next available cruise will be offered or a full refund will be given. However should a guest cancel, the following cancellation fees apply: 24hours in advance - no fee; Less than 24 hours or failure to board - no refund given.

Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences:
Outside of 24 hours - no charge.
12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge.
Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.
Air Whitsunday - Whitsundays Seaplane:
100% fee applies to services cancelled within 24 hours of departure.
Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Brisbane:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply when a booking is cancelled with between 72 and 24 hours notice. Cancellation fee of 100% may apply for a tour cancelled within 24 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
